On May 17, 1935, the jurist, lawyer and professor, Gonzalo Rodríguez Mourullo , was born in the parish of San Xoán de Calo in A Coruña . In addition, he was dean of the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Madrid.



He completed a law degree and obtained the extraordinary prize at the University of Santiago in 1957. His academic record obtained the Calvo Sotelo award and he began teaching the following year at the same institution.



At the Spanish Legal Institute of the city of Rome he prepared his thesis Theft and robbery in Spanish law , with which he obtained his doctorate degree and highlights that it was directed by the professor at the University of Santiago, Alfonso Otero Varela .







He furthered his studies at the Max Planck Institute at the University of Freiburg. In 1965 he taught classes at the University of Valencia and, in 1968, he won the Chair of Criminal Law at the University of Oviedo. In 1970, he moved to the Sant Whatsapp Number List iago, and then to the Criminal Law of the Autonomous University of Madrid , a position he held until his retirement in 2005. He was appointed professor emeritus.



In 1971, he founded the law firm that bears his name specialized in Economic Criminal Law, combining teaching with the practice of law , and where he continues to handle important cases with great discretion.



Rodríguez Mourullo has directed the theses to a large number of doctors, among others Daniel Álvarez Pastor in Crime of acquisition of property and Rights Abroad by residents in Spain, objective aspects ; to Miguel Bajo Fernández in Kinship in Criminal Law ; to Luís Beneitez Merino in Freedom as an object of protection in Criminal Law ; to Julio Díaz-Maroto Villarejo in The crime of possession of firearms ; to Bernardo José Feijoo Sánchez in Harmful result and recklessness ; to Agustín Jorge Barreiro in Security measures in Spanish Law ; to Blanca Mendoza Buergo in Anticipation of criminal protection through the crime of abstract danger ; to Fernando Melina Fernández in Criminal Anti-jurisdiction and the crime system ; to Mercedes Pérez Manzano in Guilt and prevention ; to Vesid Reyes Alvarado in Crime of Attempt and to Horado Roldán Barbero in The Fine .
